A delightful Welcome Reception at Angel Roofbar & Dining, the breathtaking rooftop of the Calimala Hotel, where you'll be treated to panoramic views over the charming terraces of Florence. Kicking off at 6pm, this relaxed evening will feature a selection of summer drinks paired with an assortment of finger foods. Come enjoy the ambiance, but don’t go too hard—this is a casual gathering to warmly welcome our guests, with the real party and festivities planned for the following day! So save your energies!

🧳 No need to bring anything special—before you leave you’ll receive a bag to store your party outfits of the following day.

 

🚕 The venue is conveniently located in the city center, easily accessible by foot.

8th & 9th August

An unforgettable Wedding Day filled with love and celebration! The day begins with a sacred matrimony ceremony at the historic Church of Santi Apostoli, please arrive by latest 4:45pm!

​

🧥 For the men, wear bright to medium brown; for the women, wear long gowns in pastel.

​

📵 Please note that the holy church is a PHONE-FREE ZONE, please do not take your phones out during the matrimony unless specifically told so! We do not wish to have smart phones visible on our video and photo materials taken by our engaged professionals.​

🚕 Pre-arranged transportation will bring you to the enchanting Villa di Maiano for the rest of the festivities.

​​

There we begin from 6:15pm in the Italian garden with a warm welcome, savoring wine, prosecco, and cocktails, and a variety of delicious snacks and finger foods. 

​​

Next, at 8pm we ascend to the villa’s stunning terrace for a sumptuous dinner paired with an extensive selection of drinks—pace yourself, as the night is young! ​After dinner, the bride and groom will cut the cake, followed by a delightful dessert surprise. 

​​

At 11pm, we move inside to the Grand Ballroom for the couple’s first dance and electrifying live music, so get ready to dance like there’s no tomorrow! 

​​

At 1am, we’ll transition to a hidden location within the villa for an epic party, where top DJs will spin house music into the early hours, ensuring the night becomes a thrilling blur of celebration!

For the strongest survivors, the party continues. We will be heading straight to our secret afterparty location, with transportation arranged exclusively for those who stayed the whole night! At the afterparty venue, you can expect everything you need to freshen up, style again, and change your dresses, with breakfast and lunch served to keep the energy high!

👚 Rock your pink outfits and keep the celebration going all morning and noon long.

Prepare for an exhilarating 24-hour wedding marathon that seamlessly blends two days of celebration into one unforgettable experience! To ensure you’re ready for this non-stop festivity, pack everything you’ll need in the bag provided on the 7th.

All bags will be collected on the 8th before entering the Church of Santi Apostoli and will be transported to Villa di Maiano—keep personal belongings like your phone, passport, or wallet with you.

🧳 Bring the following:

​

• (optional) A second outfit for the DJ party at night from 1am: choose something comfortable yet classy, with shoes to dance through the night.

• Your vibrant pink afterparty outfit: the crazier the better, keep in mind it’s going to be HOT, and don't forget to bring your pink swimwear!

• Personal essentials: items such as perfume, medications, or a phone charger, whatever you need.

 

🚕 Throughout the events, all necessary transportation is fully arranged, so you can focus on celebrating from the sacred ceremony to the wild afterparty with ease!

10th August

A relaxing Farewell Brunch at 12pm at the charming Citrarium di Villa Le Fontanelle, where we’ll gather for three serene hours to unwind and bid farewell. This is a time to reflect on the new friendships formed and cherish the beautiful memories created, with a delicious Italian lunch served to delight your palate.

🥼 Dress in a comfortable all-white outfit, such as breezy linen or soft silk, perfect for our tired yet joyful selves after the previous day’s festivities. 

​

🧳 No need to bring anything special—just come ready to relax and savor the moment!

 

🚕 There is no transportation arranged to the venue, so please take a taxi, which is readily available throughout Florence. We have, however, organized full transportation back to the city at 3pm. Please arrive on time to make the most out of our three hours available.
